3273122 - Manage My Team Error: Sorry, either you are not authorised to view time sheet data or this user does not exists

When navigating to the employees timesheet from Manage My Team in the home page, the timesheet does not open and the system throws an error:
"Sorry, either you are not authorised to view time sheet data or this user does not exists."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Sheet

1. Proxy as a Manager.
2. On the Home Page click on Manage My Team.
3. Select - (Manager's Direct Reportee) -> Click Go To -> Click Time Off.
4. System will take you to the Time Sheet section of the People Profile.
5. Click on the Go to Time Sheet Link.
6. Time Sheet will not open and the message below is displayed:
   Sorry, either you are not authorised to view time sheet data or this user does not exists.

Configuration

1. Login as sfadmin (Admin User).
2. Search for Company System and Logo Settings.
3. Check Encrypt User ID in URL.
4. Save.
