3273177 - Migration Cockpit: Customer created without sales area due to error F2643

When migrating customer data using Migrate your data, customer is created without sales area data or company code level data even though the data is provided. In MDS_PPO2, the following synchronization error could be found.

Diagnosis

The account group of the current customer is not defined for the required partner usage.

Procedure

Within customizing, select Sales and Distribution -> Basic functions -> Partner determination -> Define partner functions -> Customer master data -> Environment -> Acct grp assignment. Here you assign the function required to the current account group.
