3273274 - PostgreSQL database connection error due to storage-full

Symptom

The SAP BTP application connection to PostgreSQL fails with an error:

ERROR - ConnectionBus: Opening JDBC connection to jdbc:postgresql://postgres-aaaaaaaa-1111-22222-3333-444444444444.bbbbbbbbbbbb.eu-central-1.rds.amazonaws.com:6666/abcdefghijkl?tcpKeepAlive=true&sslrootcert=%2Fhome%2Fvcap%2Fapp%2F.postgresql%2Famazon-rds-ca.pem&sslmode=verify-full failed with SQLState: 08001 Error code: 0 Message: "Connection to postgres-aaaaaaaa-1111-22222-3333-444444444444.bbbbbbbbbbbb.eu-central-1.rds.amazonaws.com:6666 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.", giving up...(4/4)
