Symptom

After upgrade from Stack 1900 to Stack 1902 and update of plugins, When you attempt to Edit or View a Word chapter, you get the error:

Could not load file or assembly 'Aspose.Words, Version=21.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=716fcc553a201e56' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
