500 Internal Server Error when loading the FLP after an update to the SAP_UI/UI5 version

Syntax error in program "/UI5/CL_UI5_UPLOAD_TO_MIME====CP   

The current ABAP program "/UI5/CL_UI5_HTTP_HANDLER======CP" had to be
     terminated because it found a
    statement that could not be executed.
    In include "/UI5/CL_UI5_UPLOAD_TO_MIME====CM00X     ", in line 1 of program
     "/UI5/CL_UI5_UPLOAD_TO_MIME====CP        ", the following syntax errors
    have occurred:
    Method "GET_EXCEPTIONS_FOR_DYN_CALL" is not declared or inherited in c
    lass "/UI5/CL_UI5_UPLOAD_TO_MIME".
