3273675 - Unable to add Purge Approver - HXM Suite/Recruiting Management

When creating a purge request, unable to add a user as approver of the request.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

The user doesn't have the required permissions to be an approver.

In order to add a user as the approver of a purge request, it's required for them to have the following RBP permissions: Manage and Approve DRTM Data Purge Request and Manage and Approve Legacy Data Purge Request.

The permission required depends on the purge request type you are creating: the legacy purge or the DRTM purge.

If the user doesn't have these permissions, they won't be able to be added as an approver.

After granting the RBP permission, they should be able to be added as approver.
