3273994 - API Server URL missing on report RP_HRSFEC_PTP_CONFIGURATION

Symptom

  • API URL for an specific data center isn´t available on search help of field "API Server URL" available on report RP_HRSFEC_PTP_CONFIGURATION.
  • Or a wrong URL is entered using the F4 due to not finding URL at KBA 2215682 - SuccessFactors API URLs and external IPs. Then the following error will appear at ping:
    • Cannot get result from SOAP HTTP login request Time stamp
    • HTTP client - communication error
    • Employee Central login failed
    • Aborted employee replication based on external employee IDs
