3274085 - Error Message "New case for conflict resolution." When You Add New Change Project

When you add a new change project, system throws below error:-

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Click on the button NEW
3. Navigate to step 2-Adjust Scoping
4. Expand the scoping elements: Project Management> Project Planning and Execution and tick Time recording and Expense recording
5. Click on Next
6. An error occurs: New case for conflict resolution.

Due to a sequencing issue related to scoping questions, scoping engine is unable to resolve it automatically.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Choose NEW.
3. In a guided activity, go to step 3(Questions) without selecting any option in Step 2.
4. In Step 3, select All Elements from the drop-down list.
5. Expand Project Management-> Project Planning and Execution-> Project Resource Management.
6. In the list of questions, under group Resource Management, select the question "Do you want to use Resource Availability Search based on Commitment Quantity of the employee from Projects Team and Staffing Tab?"
7. Now navigate back to step 2.
8. Here select the business topics-> Time Recording and Expense Recording.
9. Now choose Next to move to step 3 again.
10. Review questions in option Group: Resource Management again and decide which of the two questions should finally be selected.
11. Note that either one of the two questions must be selected.
12. At last, choose Next and Finish to complete the creation of the change project.
