3274121 - Off-cycle workbench is not loading and other performance issues with Off-cycle WB

• Execute transaction PUOC_10 (Or PUOC_<country> where <country> stands for the country letters i.e. 07 for Canada, 99 for international and so on).
  • Sometimes it just hangs when we enter the transaction.  Sometimes you make to the next
  • Some times you get a time out dump (timeout / runtime error)
• Run payroll with payroll driver: Dump with error "SQL code: 1205" occurs.
