3274255 - Receive error: A command sent to the repository proxy failed while checking out model - SAP PD

Symptom

  • When checking out a model via a proxy connection, the check-out of the model fails with the following error:
    "A command sent to the repository proxy failed."

  • Proxy full debug log contains:
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 warning - ExtractModel: failed for OBJT=910353 when extracting CLSS=1458
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 debug   - ExecDirect(1): delete from #PMTEMP where SESS=1963395454
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 debug   - ExecDirect(1): delete from #PMTMP2 where SESS=1963395454
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 debug   - ExecDirect(1): delete from #PMTMP3 where SESS=1963395454
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 debug   - ExecDirect(1): delete from #PMTMP4 where SESS=1963395454
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 debug   - Respond(1): code 1
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 error   - Respond(1): error code 1 returned for action EXTRACT
    2022-11-21 17:56:25 debug   - ProcessRequest(1): received ERRORS

  • The ODBC driver is "SQL Server" (SQLSRV32.DLL).
