Symptom

Attributes not being showed in Responder at Product Layout tab.

Environment

Type: Test and Productive Systems
Product version: SAP CPQ 2022
System managed by: SAP Cloud Tenant
Sold product: SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login in CPQ;
  2. Go to setup;
  3. Enter in Products tab and edit the proper product;
  4. Select layout tab and note that the attributes are not present.

Cause

Not supported scenario with VC products that use Variant Pricing. 

Resolution

Limitation of CPQ products when integrated VCP and Variant pricing is set as Pricing type.
