3274696 - Incoterms Location 2 ID and Incoterms Location 2 Fields Appear Greyed Out in Supplier Master

In the Manage Supplier Master app, upon navigating to the Purchasing Organization in the Edit mode, you observe that the fields Incoterms Location 2 ID and Incoterms Location 2 appear greyed out.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to the app Manage Supplier Master Data
2. Find and open the Supplier ID XXXXX (where XXXXX represents the Supplier ID)
3. Go to the tab Purchasing Data
4. Select Edit
5. Incoterms Location 2 ID and Incoterms Location 2 fields appear greyed out

The behavior of the Incoterms Location 2 ID and Incoterms Location 2 fields depend on the Incoterms Version which is used in the Purchasing Organization.

For example, when you choose the Incoterms Version as 2010 and Incoterms as CFR (Costs and Freight), the Incoterms Location 2 ID and Incoterms Location 2 fields is set to be maintainable. That is, for this combination, the fields will be set from display to maintain.

This is the designed behavior. Maintain the Incoterms for the Supplier Master as per your business requirement.
