3274721 - How to delete "classical" archive files from Content Repository

Symptom

  • Archive files created using classic ADK (Archive Development Kit) archiving are stored in the Content Repository. These archive files were generated before Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) was activated or in systems where ILM functionality is not in use. A requirement exists to remove these legacy, non-ILM-compatible archive files from the Content Repository. However, standard ILM-based deletion processes are not applicable to these classic archive files.
