3274800 - Pay Component not saving on Country/Region - Employee Central

After adding and saving the pay components in the Country/Region configuration, they are not displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Manage Data;
2. Select the Country/Region and Country in the dropdown list;
3. Click the button "Take Action" and then choose "Make Correction";
4. Add the Pay Component;
5. Save.

It will show the message "Successfully Saved", but the pay component won't be displayed.

The Pay Component chosen have the effective date after the Country/Region Effective date.

The effective date of the Pay Component needs to be equal or before the Country/Region's current record.

To correct that you can create a new record in the Country/Region with the effective date equal or after of the Pay Component's.
