3274808 - Implicit enhancement options is not being shown/activated via mouse context menu in the ABAP Editor for SAP_BASIS 750

Symptom

If the ABAP editor is in enhancement mode (CTRL+F5) and "Show Implicit Enhancement Options" is triggered from source code context menu action, then the implicit options are not displayed.
