Symptom

  • You woud like to use SUM to upgrade, or migrate a java stack only system.
  • While following the prerequisite check of note 2986266 - SYB: Add. Info - Software Update Manager 1.1 , the script "SYB_miniCheck.sql" fails with error like:
    checkStatus  checkParameter   currentValue  expectedValue  SAPnote_Comment
    ERROR        CUDF existence SID     0                        1         SAP Note 2800483: Rerun SAP ASE database upgrade with option force.
