3274993 - "Content" page appear completely empty in Career Site Builder - Recruiting Marketing

I cannot see any components, and I'm not able to add new ones or correct the content in the content page in the Career Site Builder.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Go to CSB > Pages > Content ⇾ page is empty.
The status is always in Draft and cannot be published anymore.  

This may be caused by an invalid character (for example, left parenthesis "(" and right parenthesis ")" ) in the Content page, breaking the display. 
Since the UI does not allow adding invalid characters, this most likely has been introduced by manually updating the CBS XML that was exported and then re-imported. 

You can import the previous CBS XML file from before the manual edit that generated the problem.
In case you have no way to find the previous version and you are unable to locate the invalid character that is generating the problem, please contact the Support Team.
