3275166 - "User" entity configuration > "User Source System" field enabled, but not visible

The "User Source System" field is enabled in the entity configuration, but not displayed at the user record level ("User Details" tab).

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning admin > System Administration > Configuration > Entity Configuration >
2. Set the drop-down to "User" > Verify the "User Source System" field is enabled >
3. People > Users > Search and access the desired record > "User Details" tab > The "User Source System" field is not available.

Only if the Learning environment is integrated with the Identity Authentication for Learning only users and the “User Source System” field is enabled to be displayed in the “User” entity configuration will that field appear in the user record (People > Users > Access the user record > “User Details” tab).
