3275262 - 'SAP Open Connectors are loading, please wait...' message in SAP Open Connectors

Symptom

When trying to open your SAP Open Connectors, the message below appears and Open Connectors does not open even after waiting for a while: 

  • SAP Open Connectors are loading, please wait...

By opening the console logs (as seen above) you can see the error:

  • Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
    <URL of api.openconnectors>     Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)

To open the console logs, do the following:

  1. Right-click and go to 'Inspect':

  2. Click on the 'Console' tab:
