3275288 - Sales Kit not Determined in Sales Order Created From Purchase Order

You have created an intercompany Purchase Order with Sales Kit and you expected that the follow-up Sales Order document would retrieve the Sales Kit items.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. Search for the ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Sales Order created from the Purchase Order).
4. Click Edit.
5. Navigate to the items tab.

Sales kit items are missing.

The issue occurred because Sales Order was inconsistent when it was created without the correct Sales Unit and Distribution Channel.

This is the system expected behavior.

Please maintain the correct party role determination.
