• You would like to customize the file name format upon downloading documents via Document Generation (ESS and Admin Scenarios)

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Document Generation

1. Generate a Document via ESS or Admin page
2. Download the file
3. The file name format is in EENAME_DocumentName_Date

**General Display Name format has been adapted since 2H 2022.

This is currently expected system behavior. At the moment, the file name format for downloaded documents cannot be customized.
