3275335 - Workflow approved at the same time

Workflow is approved by two employees at the same time (dynamic group as approver).

Dynamic Group is set as the workflow approver and two participants approve it at the same time. Both of them will appear in the history but the workflow was actually just approved by one person.

Only the first approver will appear in the View Workflow Participants:

The history shows both of them but the workflow was only approved by one person.

This is by system design, if two approvers submit workflow at same time only one will appear as the approver.

If the workflow approver is a dynamic group and one of the participants approve it while another one assign it for themselves, instead of being approved, it appears in the history as approved but still pending for one of the dynamic group participants. This is a current workflow limitation.
