3275351 - How to connect Commerce Cloud logs to external log management systems

Symptom

Commerce Cloud provides a standard solution for searching through logs based on OpenSearch. If the provided solution does not suit your throughput, retention or customization needs it is possible to make use of third-party log management systems such as Sumo, Splunk, Elasticsearch etc. 

The setup, configuration, and support of these external third-party systems are beyond the scope of SAP Product Support, but you still have the option to connect and use them, just as you have the option to use any other third-party system for payments, CDN, analytics etc.
