3275358 - [Onboarding] [COE0019] Error occurred while fetching attachments

Getting the following error when we try to access the onboarding candidates documents via onboarding dashboard:

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Go to the Onboarding Dashboard and find the candidate.
• Open Developer Tools (control+shift+i) 
• Now click on Actions > Onboarding Documents. You will see the following error: 
  
  Error occured while fetching attachments for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX sf_class=com.successfactors.onb2compliance.util.ComplianceMDFUtil depth=1 sourceAction=/odata/v2/restricted/getOnboardingDocuments/getOnboardingDocuments com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: Cannot find object definition for entity com.successfactors.onb2compliance.bean.everify.EVerifyData 
  
  (or)
  
  'EVerifyData' definition not found in MDF datamodel. Either the 'EVerifyData' definition is invalid or Corresponding module is not enabled.

• Go to Compliance Settings > Unites States > E-Verify
• Disable the E-Verify 
• Go to Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs > Run Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job
• After the Job run is successful, enable E-Verify in Compliance Settings again.
• Go to Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs > Run Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job
• This will enable the EVerifyData definition in MDF Data Model. 
• Once E-VerifyData is enabled, go to Manage Permission Role
• Find the RBP Role which grants compliance object permissions and enable "E-Verify Data" under "Compliance Object Permissions"
• Post this, the documents will load successfully.
