3275489 - SAP Cloud ALM provisioning request cannot be submitted by on-premise only Customers via SAP for Me due to error messages

Symptom

  • SAP Cloud ALM provisioning request Subdomain field shows error "The subdomain is already taken" even though the subdomain has never been used before. 
  • SAP Cloud ALM provisioning request Region field shows error "Value of the property 'PROV_PROVIDER_AND_REGION_KEY' must start with 'cf-'".
