3275516 - Error "The database creation failed" is returned after Portal was upgraded - SAP PD

Symptom

  • Unable to log in to PD Web after upgrading from 16.6 to 16.7 SP06.
  • Error message is "The database creation failed. Please contact your administrator".
  • Connection to the Repository is fine from PD Desktop.
  • Error from cmrserver.log:
       [] ERROR http-nio-3040-exec-10 2022/11/22 06:50:28 CET com.sybase.cmr.infra.server.persistence.db.security.SecurityLogCommand.executeInsert: SecurityLogCommand.java(110) Exception occurred while trying to CRUD PMULOG repository table.
  • Error from nodeserver.log:
       [ERROR] 2022-11-22T05:50:28.784Z [redirectRequest]   Error: "Repository initialization related with the database is failed.Please check with the database."
