Symptom
When Fiori Launchpad URL is accessed, the web browser asks for a certificate even though SSO is inactive. If the user click on the Cancel button and ignore the request for a certificate, the logon works fine.
If saml2=disabled is added to the URL of the Fiori Launchpag logon page, the certificate request does not pop up.
