Symptom
You observe that the fields Assessment Period and Notice Period in the Employees Work Agreement details are missed post Employee Central replication from Sucess Factors to Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the Master Data Replication work center.
- Go to the Employee's view.
- Search for the Employee.
- Click on the "You Can Also" button and then select the option Open Personnel File.
- Navigate to the Employment tab and see the Work Agreement sub-tab view.
- The system throws the below message:
- Toggle between the different records. You will the values for the Assessment Period and Notice Period are cleared on the DD/MM/YYYY record. This is the date the EC replication is performed.
Cause
The implementation of Employee Replication assumes that SuccessFactors is the system of record for HR data and that BYD is no longer the system of Record for HR. However, the Employee Replication documentation outlines the fields that are mapped from the external system (SF) to BYD via replication requests

As you see the fields ‘Probation Period’ and ‘Notice Period’ are not part of the implementation from SF to BYD, as SF is now considered the system of record.Therefore, the attributes outside of the documented list are not considered relevant in BYD Personnel Administration and the data will not be passed to BYD during a replication process.
Resolution
This is a SAP standard system behavior.
