3276117 - Cambodia – Postal Code Change

Due to a legal change in the format of the Cambodia Postal Code, it has changed from 5 digits to 6 digits. The legal change is already effective.

Make sure that the Company System and Logo Settings the feature Enable Address Validations is set.

All the new entered Postal Codes in the employee address should have the format with 6 digits (NNNNNN).

For existing addresses, the employees will need to change the postal codes manually from 5 digits to 6 digits. Admin users could also update the postal codes with export and import data.

The code level validation of the new changes will be effective from 12th December, 2022 in Preview environments and 15th December, 2022 in Production environments.
