3276126 - Cannot assign custom colors in Charts while using multiple measures - SAP Analytics Cloud

If the Chart contain multiple measures, it's not possible to assign custom colors for each bar. It means that if you have more then 9 bars, you will have repeated colors using custom pallet.

The following message appears:

"Assigned Colors can not be applied if Unsync Colors is set, there are multiple measures in the chart, or there are linked or multiple dimensions in the color feed."

SAP Analytics Cloud - 2022.15.15

1. Open SAP Analytics Cloud.
   
   
2. Go to the Story.
   
   
3. Populate the chart with Multiple Measures.
   
   
4. Perhaps that you can't Assign Colors for each displayed measure. You just have the option to use the pallet and populate it random.

It's by design.
