3276317 - Spot bonus value resetting to Zero upon saving

• When entering spot bonus amount value, the entered value is zeroed on save.
• There are no configuration Issues with Pay Scale levels or Business Rules causing this.

1. Enter a spot Bonus value for a user and save the portlet
2. Notice that the entered value is not retained and a zero value is saved

The pay component in question is of type "Number". In such cases, the amount will be calculated by the system as Number * Rate.

• This is an expected Behavior. "Number" is the field to be enabled in Pay Component Non-Recurring element in BCUI and Rate is the field to be maintained in Pay Component.

Calculated amount = (rate converted to employee currency) * number-of-units

• The field "amount" is set to the calculated amount.
• Please maintain valid values in this field for Pay Components of type Number. Please see the guide below for more information on this :
