3276358 - Cannot update Performance Form Ratings from Executive Review

Symptom

When opening the Performance Form (PM) form via the Ratings link in Executive Review or Hierarchy Based Approval (HBA), ratings are not editable.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Give planner Executive Review access
  2. send form to planner
  3. open form
  4. click on any rating
  5. a popup opens with the related PM form's content, and it will be editable
  6. go to Executive Review
  7. open the same template and select the same user
  8. click on rating -- the popup will be read-only and you will not be able to edit data

Resolution

This is expected behavior. When accessing PM ratings from Executive Review or HBA, only from the worksheet. A fix was recently deployed in CMP-29892 which only removed the error message encountered (see KBA 3265732). The fix does not allow for PM ratings to become editable in Executive Review or HBA.
