• The value is inactive in Picklist Center
• There is more than one job requisition template, and the templates have different picklists associated to each of them

CAUSE 1:

In order to make the value display in there, it's required for it to be active in Picklist Center. After making it active, please run an OData API Metadata Refresh.

CAUSE 2:

When a field ID is used in more than one template, the configuration must be consistent, which means that the picklist ID associated to the field must be the exact same in all of the job requisition templates. Also, the picklist that displays in there is the same that is associated to the field status in the OData API Data Dictionary. So, if the templates have different picklist IDs associated to them, you can validate the one that the system is identifying as tied to that field in there.

To fix the issue you will have to choose between the picklist IDs to be tied to the job requisition templates - it has to be one of them as they have to be the same in all templates. If you choose to stick with the picklist PICKLIST_A, you will have to make sure to update the value selected in this field all the job requisitions created with the modified templates to ensure that the appropriate option ID tied to this picklist is selected as a value in the job requisitions. This happens because the value that Recruiting stores in the database for picklist fields is the optionID, hence if the picklist is inactivated or changed, the option ID previously selected remains selected as a value in the database, so it has to be updated with the appropriate value so that it is an active and valid value.

After making the appropriate changes to the template, please run an OData API Metadata Refresh.
