3276398 - Not able to set picklist value status as inactive

• when you edit a picklist value and set it to Inactive, it works for the first attempt. But when you activate it and then inactivate again the second time, then it doesn't update.
• Issue only when you edit a single Picklist value in edit mode.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Login and proxy as a user with proper permissions
2. Go to Picklist Center and click on the picklist in question
3. Click on the only version of this picklist
4. The picklist starts as active, and deactivate it by clicking on it and choosing InActive in the "Edit picklist value" mode, then click Save
5. The value will now be inactive.
6. Activate the value again in the Edit picklist value mode.
7. Then please deactivate the value again following step 4.
8. After saving and returning to the picklist value overview you will see that this time the value did not change to inactive, but stayed active.

This is a known issue and tracked by our ENG team via Jira MDF-37322

As a work around customer use the deactivate button from Picklist overview page as documented in 2537488 - Best Practice to delete/inactivate a Picklist, Picklist versions or Picklist Values .
