3276624 - BDLS: New subscriber SAP_BW xxx cannot be the same as old subscriber or initial

When you do the BDLS conversion, the following error occus in the new ODP source system:

New subscriber SAP_BW xxx cannot be the same as old subscriber or initial -- xxx is the new logical name of subscriber, e.g. BWQCLNT001
Message no. SODQ168

Sometimes, even the BDLS finished without thus error, the delta extraction (for infopackage) will fail with the following error:
