3276624 - BDLS: New subscriber SAP_BW xxx cannot be the same as old subscriber or initial

Symptom

  • When you do the BDLS conversion, the following error occus in the new ODP source system:
New subscriber SAP_BW xxx cannot be the same as old subscriber or initial -- xxx is the new logical name of subscriber, e.g. BWQCLNT001
Message no. SODQ168
  • Sometimes, even the BDLS finished without thus error, the delta extraction (for infopackage) will fail with the following error:
Inconsistency in delta administration. See long text
