3276753 - 2211 Latest Goal Management - 'Create Goal' Button Opens A Dropdown With Only One Option

When a user only has access to create new goals, the Create Goal button opens a dropdown even though there's only one option available for Create New.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Grant access to users to only create new goal plans
2. Navigate to Goal Plan
3. Click on the Create Goal button
4. See there's a dropdown for only one option: Create New

This is expected behavior.

The Create Goal Button will result in a dropdown with only Create New, and will not act like a button.

• Old templates that existed before the upgrade to Latest Goal Management cannot have new goals added to that goal plan. Therefore, there is no Copy from Goal Plan button.
• New templates uploaded after the upgrade to Latest Goal Management, or templates that have already been converted, will have the Copy from Goal Plan button.
