You copied or used Unsupported Characters in Note Fields or Description Fields.

While all fields error messages you see in UI Client are from response which means they are checked in the backend side and saving is not possible.

Notes and Description Fields are text fields and do not validate.

Please remove the unsupported Character as pointed out in the error message and the document output and rendering will work.

The character can be identified by opening the xml in a xml Editor.
