3276989 - Check Configuration failed for Transport Management Service in Cloud Integration tenant settings

You have setup the Transport Management Service on Cloud Foundry for Integration Suite / Cloud Integration.
One of below errors occurred during "Check Configuration" in source Integration Suite/ Cloud Integration tenant -> Tenant Settings -> Transport -> Transport Management Service selected as Transport Mode.
