ATC-Check "Search problematic statements for result of SELECT/OPEN CURSOR without ORDER BY" with Check Message "SELECT .. UP TO .. ROWS without ORDER BY found" not showing up for SELECT with JOIN. For SELECT without JOIN it is showing up.
