Symptom

Upgrading/Updating the Netweaver SAP system through the Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM) tool results in this error on the "Execute Service" step:

Last error reported by the step: Cannot create the secure store. SOLUTION: See output of log file SecureStoreCreate.log: 

The SecureStoreCreate.log file is empty however upon extraction.
