Symptom
- You are using the Live Activity with a CTI widget or Local Adapter (see KBA 3156554)
- You would like to understand how a ticket can be linked to a phone call activity when handled via the Live Activity

Resolution
- For a phone call activity to be linked to a ticket, there are only two out of the box options
- Creating the ticket from the Live Activity main window
- If the ticket was already created, the user can click the link icon to link a specific ticket to a phone call activity
