3277383 - Liking a ticket created from a phone call activity

Symptom

  • You are using the Live Activity with a CTI widget or Local Adapter (see KBA 3156554)
  • You would like to understand how a ticket can be linked to a phone call activity when handled via the Live Activity 

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Cloud for Service
  • SAP Cloud for Sales
  • Live Activity

Resolution

  • For a phone call activity to be linked to a ticket, there are only two out of the box options
    1. Creating the ticket from the Live Activity main window
    2. If the ticket was already created, the user can click the link icon to link a specific ticket to a phone call activity
