• In phase 'DBCONNCHK_PRE' variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set correctly.

• Check in log file ENVDUMP.LOG. The environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH is empty.

• If you run the command "/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saphostexec -userenv <sid>adm" with root user, you will see the information in the following pattern at the end of the output.
