Onboarding archival not working when start date changed using Hire Date Correction Tool

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Scenario :

• A candidate with a start Date of Nov 14th 2022 was hired into EC as a Future Hire .  His Start Date was changed to 1st July 2022 (Back Dated) using the New Enhancement feature of Hire Date correction .
• The New Start Date of 1st July 2022 got successfully updated in the Employee Profile of the Candidate as well as in the ONB Dashboard. 
  But In the System No of Archival Days = 90 .
• Since the New Start Date = 1st July 2022 + No Of Archival Days (90) --> The candidate should have been archived now when the Archival Job Runs .
  But The Candidate is still available in the ONB Dashboard. 

• Kindly note, Compliance process for Affected Candidate was not completed yet. Hence The archival job will skip this user though user met the 30 days archival rule.

• If the compliance cards exists for the Managers / Admin. Kindly make sure all the process tasks are completed before running the archival job and meet the rule condition. 
• If compliance tasks is in progress archival of onboarding process though the user converted to employee and cross the closure period, still job will not archive.
