3277731 - Timezone settings from SU01 are not considered on Fiori UI in Manage Sourcing Projects app - S/4HANA

Symptom

Time zone settings are not updated in a sourcing project under General Information -> Contact Details. The Created On and Last Changed On fields are not updating.

Also in the header section, the Submission Deadline is not updating.

A change in the time zone setting under Settings -> Language & Region -> Time Zone is performed, but the time is not recalculated on Fiori UI.
