3277793 - AMC not able to startup after fresh install - SAP ASE

• Fresh installation of ASE & AMC, when trying to start AMC getting error:
  Error creating bean with name 'adminProcedureController': Unsatisfied dependency expressed through field 'adminProcedureProcessor 
• From AMC.log:
  Error in getting value of AMC_H2_FILE_PASSWORD from ASE Secure Store. JZSIF: Invalid secure store file or file not found.
  Error in getting value of AMC_H2_USER_PASSWORD from ASE Secure Store. JZSIF: Invalid secure store file or file not found.
