3277853 - "Download Business Role" button is not available in Maintain Business Roles app

Symptom

You're selecting a Business Role and trying to download it, but the "Download Business Role" button is greyed out. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Maintain Business Roles app
  2. Select the Business Roles that you want to download
  3. Click on "Download" button
  4. The "Download Business Roles" button is greyed out

Cause

The Business Role is in draft status. 

Resolution

It's not possible to download a business role which is in draft status. 

Delete or publish the draft and try to download the role again.
