3277909 - Past or Specified Data Changes in Supplier Master Data are not Being Recorded

Symptom

User reports that they need to see the past changes i.e., on specified date in Supplier master data but changes tab shows : “No Relevant change documents were found”

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Supplier Base work center
  2. Select Suppliers view
  3. Edit any Supplier
  4. Go to changes tab and select the specified date or past date
  5. The changes were not registered in Changes tab and it shows as : “No Relevant change documents were found”

Cause

As missing changes are related to changes of the "Collaboration Data" of the suppliers and we cannot provide you any exact details of the changes in the past or specified date because these have not been recorded.

Resolution

Recording of changes related to the "Collaboration Data" will be enabled in the future.
