3277926 - SM59 destination of type "T" fails when using a TCP load balancer

Symptom

There is a system that is registering a program at an RFC Gateway.

Such system is using a virtual hostname to perform the connection / registration (for example, "sap.example.com").

The corresponding SM59 destination (type "T") is configured correctly, and its "gateway options" point to that virtual hostname ("sap.example.com").

Although the client system is reporting that the registration is active, the "connection test" of the RFC destination returns the error message "program not registered".

The virtual hostname ("sap.example.com") points to a TCP load balancer that is located between the client system and the SAP servers.
