3277967 - Previous approval comments not available after Flexible Workflow restart - until SAP S/4HANA 2022

Symptom

After creating a purchase order, the Flexible Workflow is triggered and the document goes for approval. In My Inbox app, the responsible rejects it and enter a comment. 

The user changes the purchase order and submits it for approval again. The workflow is restarted, but the previous approval comments are no longer available.
