3277986 - "Send notifications for failed Message Processing Logs" standard IFlow fails with error in retrieving Authorization header, cause: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Status code:401; Reason:Unauthorized

Cloud Integration tenant in Cloud Foundry environment wanted to be connected with SAP Alert Notification Service. For this following standard content is used: 

Package: SAP Cloud Integration with SAP Alert Notification service for SAP BTP 

Integration flow: Send notifications for failed Message Processing Logs  

Configuration is implemented as per following guide: Connect SAP Platform Integration with Alert Notification Service (Cloud Foundry)

After configuration is done, the desired behavior is, anytime a message fails in the CI tenant, the integration flow "Send notifications for failed Message Processing Logs" will send email alerts to the configured email addresses. However, emails are not sent, because the  Send notifications for failed Message Processing Logs  iflow fails at an earlier step with following error:
